Coaching Structure & Capacity

We provide access to 12 highly skilled executive coaches. Each coach can handle up to 5 clients per day, ensuring personalized attention and deep engagement with each individual.

  • Daily Capacity: 5 clients per coach, 12 coaches = 60 clients per day.
  • Weekly Capacity: 60 clients per day, 5 days per week = 300 clients per week.
  • Bi-Weekly Repetition: In a bi-weekly cycle, we can support 600 unique clients every two weeks.
  • 3-Month Capacity: For a 3-month package, with bi-weekly sessions, we can handle 1,200 unique clients across the entire period. But the team is also busy with existing work. For HESS, we have the bandwidth for 200 managers and executives.
